Subscription Terms of Service

1. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to a We Market Plus LLC CRM plan, you agree to a recurring monthly billing cycle based on your selected tier. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We Market Plus LLC reserves the right to modify subscription fees with a 30-day notice.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Access to the CRM is provided as a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. This software is licensed, not sold. Usage is strictly limited to the number of user accounts defined by your purchased tier.

3. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from white-labeling (except on Gold Enterprise plan), reselling, or sublicensing the platform without express written consent, attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent security protocols, or exceeding the designated user limits of the selected plan.

4. Account Standing and Termination

Continued access to the CRM is contingent upon the account remaining in good standing. We Market Plus LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, failed billing, or a violation of these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

While our platform provides the tools for hospice management, subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their specific use of the platform complies with federal and state regulations.

3. Security Disclaimer

This platform is designed as a workflow and business optimization tool. Users are advised that production-grade security, end-to-end encryption, and comprehensive audit logging must be verified in alignment with your organization's internal compliance standards before processing Protected Health Information (PHI).

Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

BAA Acknowledgment & Compliance

In compliance with HIPAA, We Market Plus LLC provides a standard Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for clients utilizing our Max or Gold tiers for regulated data.

Requirement: Execution of the BAA is mandatory prior to the storage or transmission of any Protected Health Information (PHI) within the platform.

Acceptance: By proceeding to checkout and utilizing the service, the customer acknowledges their status as a Covered Entity (or Business Associate) and agrees to be bound by the terms of the We Market Plus LLC BAA.
